Most orders are shipped via USPS.
Effective November 29, 2024, the Postal Service has suspended international mail for Canada!
Unfortunately, we are unable to mail any orders to Canada at this time using USPS. This is due to the suspension of acceptance of mail
All orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process, not including weekends or holidays regardless of method of shipment elected.
All packages come with tracking information and price to accommodate this. This is a Nonnegotiable fee, as it protects our small business from false claims and provides you with package security.
Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.

We are not responsible for any delays by the carrier’s delivery. Delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee delivery dates or times.
Deliveries outside of the United States may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that BWG Jewelry does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. BWG Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS or other carriers. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office or carrier and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS/CARRIER. We cannot replace your package because it was lost or damaged, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.
Please verify that you are submitting the correct delivery address, we are not responsible if your package is delivered to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address and you would like it delivered again (to the then correct address) you are responsible for payment of shipping as original shipping payment was used the first time.

At BWG Jewelry, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a defective item, please review our policy below:
Reporting a Defective Item
Timeframe: Defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
How to Report: Contact our customer service team at info@bwgfashion.com with your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photos of the item.
Resolution Options
Upon verifying the defect, we offer the following resolutions:
Store Credit: We will issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase price, which can be used toward any future purchase.
Exchange: If a similar item is available, we can process an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return of damaged item and shipping costs.
Prepaid Return Label: Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your store credit.
BWG Jewelry will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Important Considerations
Final Sale: All sales are final; we do not offer refunds.
Approval: Store credit for defective items is issued at our discretion upon reviewing the defect.
Exclusions: Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care are not considered defective and are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
we have the right to refuse any claims against us, as you have obtain proof of non-defective/damaged items!
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.
Damages reported after the 3-day window may be denied at our sole discretion.
If a damaged item is sent back without prior contact and approval, it will be refused, and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be provided.
BWG Jewelry is not responsible for the misuse of your jewelry, normal wear and tear, or improper care. This is why you are given 3 days to inspect and report any damages upon delivery.
