What does in-stock, pre-order and made-to-order mean?

  • In stock- It's in our facility and ready for a new home! In-Stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days from the purchase date, not including weekends or holidays regardless of method of shipment elected.

  • Pre-order- We don’t have it on hand yet, but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be shipped as soon as it’s available. The estimated arrival is indicated on the product page for your reference but it's not a guarantee. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

  • Made to order- Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you and can take time to make. Kindly, note we will do our best to get the jewelry piece done and ready as fast as possible but there are no guarantees in time frame.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

  • We only use 18k gold-plated or filled over stainless steel, known for being hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and tarnish-free. Our Fine jewelry are sterling silver and feature 5A or 8A grade cubic zirconia stones for a brilliant, diamond-like sparkle.

Is your jewelry water or tarnish resistant?

  • Our jewelry is Plated 18K Gold and Stainless Steel, which means they are water and tarnish resistant! They are perfectly safe to wear in the pool, ocean, daily wear, workouts, and sweat resistant etc. However, we do not recommend as the plating would come off quicker and avoid extreme temperatures. Please avoid spraying sunscreen or perfume directly onto jewelry.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

  • Yes! Our 316L or PVD stainless steel and sterling silver are hypoallergenic, meaning they’re less likely to cause allergic reactions. Perfect for sensitive skin!

Does BWG Jewelry turn green?

  • The short answer is no :) The base metal for all our jewelry is 316L Stainless Steel (unless stated otherwise.) 316L (the "L" refers to "low carbon") is the most commonly utilized which makes it more resistant to corrosion and discoloration than other types of stainless steel. We stay away from cheap metals that turn your skin green such as Brass, Zinc, Nickel, Alloy and Copper.

What is your Fine Jewelry?

  • Our Fine Jewelry are all sterling silver, which is the standard used worldwide. It is one of the most beautiful and lustrous metals. We provide the highest grade 925 sterling silver with 5A or 8A grade Cubic Zirconia stone on every piece of our Fine Jewelry. Avoid exposer of harsh chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or hair products.

How can I take care of my jewelry?

  • Our 18K plated gold jewelry is pretty low maintenance! If you are swimming in the ocean or pool, we recommend rinsing off the jewelry in tap water before storing so that the salt or chlorine does not sit on the plating for too long. This is not a necessary step, but if you want to preserve the pieces for longer, it may help. Otherwise, you can polish your jewelry with the microfiber cloth to remove dirt and to polish after use. Avoid exposer of harsh chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or hair products.

  • Our Fine Jewelry are more delicate and may damage if not handled with care. Remove jewelry when showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping or cleaning. Avoid contact with soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair, and cleaning products. Avoid extreme heat and moisture as it will cause tarnish faster. Stones are fragile and can break, crack, or scratch if not handled with care. We recommend after use to gently wipe away dirt and polish with the BWG Fashion Jewelry cloth and store in a dry dark place separate from other jewelry pieces. Avoid exposer of harsh chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or hair products

How do I clean BWG Jewelry?

Quick: BWG Jewelry always provides a free polishing cloth.

  • Gently use the polish cloth to wipe away all debris on your jewelry.

    Deep DIY

  • Mix few drops of mild dish soap with warm water in a bowl.

  • Soak your jewelry for few minutes.

  • Gently wipe away all debris.

  • Rinse clean

  • Thoroughly dry your jewelry.

Tip: To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or prolonged moisture. Store pieces in a jewelry box or pouch, and dry dark place.

For Fine jewelry: Please make sure to store your jewelry serarately from other jewelry peices: BWG Jewelry provides a Free pouch for all our Sterling Silver pieces so you can keep your stunning jewelry sparkly.

How long does it take to process my order?

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow additional time.

Wrong Address provided upon Checkout?

  • There will be a $10 administrative fee to correct the address IF the correction was provided within 1 hour after placing the order. After the first hour, the address can no longer be corrected as the item would have already shipped or has gone too far in the process for retrieval. We will do our best to retrieve the package and update, but it is not a guaranteed. We are not responsible for wrong shipping address provided upon checkout. Please kindly double check shipping address before checkout.

What if my package is lost, damaged or was never delivered?

How can I track my order?

  • All our orders are shipped with tracking via the USPS or other carrier and information will be given via email or SMS once package has been shipped.

How is your jewelry different from the rest?

  • At BWG Fashion Jewelry we take proud in every piece selected and crafted. We keep up with all current trends and upcoming trends so we may provide our customers with what's in trend. BWG Jewelry care what we sale to our customers, this is why we only provide high quality pieces. Our water and tarnish free jewelry are all stainless steel with 18k plated gold or higher, which will not rust or turn your skin green. They are also hypoallergenic. Our more exclusive Fine Jewelry are hand crafted to perfection with 925sterling silver with 5A or 8A Zirconia stone.

Do you ship Internationally?

I want to cancel my order, or I want a refund.

  • Kindly expect our sincerest apology but once an order is made it cannot be cancelled for any reason.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

  • Please refer to the tracking number provided via email or SMS. All tracking information will be provided by the carrier. Kindly keep in mind once package is released from our facility, we are no longer reasonable for the package.

Why do you only have 1-5 of each product in stock?

  • At BWG Jewelry we pride ourselves on offering exclusive and meticulously crafted jewelry pieces. By limiting the number of products available, we are able to maintain the highest standards and attention to detail and gaining more insight what our customers want. No, worries if an item is out of stock, we can pre-order that item. No guarantees but we will do our best to accommodate our customer.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

  • Most of our products are hypoallergic, meaning they are nickel free or contain small amounts of nickel (less then 5%). Kindly, keep in mind we are not responsible for ANY allergic reaction you may have. Please be aware if you have any allergies to jewelry mentals before purchasing. We will not issue any refunds or are responsible.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

  • Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to sale items. Our sale items are already offered at a significantly reduced price, so additional discounts do not apply. Why am I not getting free shipping?

  • Free shipping is offered on ALL orders over $100+ at check out. Remember at checkout apply FREE100 code (USA) & INTERFREE (International orders $250+) in the discount/promo field.
